WAVOZA is an early-stage initiative founded by Reinier Mesa to explore autonomous mobility and fleet-support infrastructure in Tampa Bay.

Our focus begins on the ground: understanding site requirements, evaluating operational needs and building relationships with technology providers, fleet operators and infrastructure partners.

We are developing the plan, not offering passenger service. Every next step depends on feasibility, appropriate approvals and commercial agreements.
